By Commissioning me you have by default read/agreed to my terms of services.

Please keep in mind I am a fulltime stay at home mom, Therefore commissions may take longer then initial time limit. All commissions are finished nevertheless. Please don't think I am with-holding your art, I am just super busy. <3 Updates are given.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

The terms of services is used for any type of communication regarding future/present/past work. These are put into place for what I am willing to design, please read the TOS to avoid any misunderstandings for the future.

- As the artist, I hold the full copyright to the artworks I produced.

- I have the right to publicly list your discord name on my ban list.

- I have the right to decline anyone from my services without giving a reason why.

- If you do not see something in my TOS/Examples, Feel free to message me to get any further info.

- I have the right to use any of the art/commissions I use in my portfolio.

- I have the right to stream/post any art/commission on my social media unless told not to in advance.

- I will never use your commission(s) for other commercial (profit gaining) purposes.

- I would appreciate given credit on your website/page/etc for your commission if it's located onto your website/social media/etc. It can link to my website, Toyhouse or discord.

- You are NOT allowed to re-sell my work, or use it as merchandise unless we discussed it prior to the commission.

- You are NOT allowed to edit, modify, or recolor my work unless it was discussed prior to commission.

II. PAYMENTS

- All payments must be upfront and paid after approval of the sketch phase.

- Payments will be only through paypal, and I will send one via email. DO NOT SEND ME MONEY, I WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE.

- Prices listed on the website are basic prices; additional edits/requirements, complex designs, etc may result in additional fees or be denied.

- I do not issue refunds after the shading phase, If you are unhappy with the work before I have started shading the piece you are able to have a 50% Refund.

- The lining of the commission will not happen till after payment has been received (Refer to first point of payment)

III. PROCESS

- Depending on the commission, my workload, and real life it can take anywhere from 1-4 hours > 1-3 weeks. It all depends on the piece requested.

- Rushed or Urgent orders will result in additional fees or be denied.

- If you need edits after the final work is done you must pay the fee, which is a minimum of $10 USD.

- You may ask for edits/changes with-in the sketching stage.

- Sketches/WIP will be sent to look over before continuing with commission.

I work from Mon-Thur 9am-1pm MST.
